Information presented on the Service — including timelines, candidate volumes and outcomes — describes typical engagements and is not a guarantee of any specific result.
When You submit a form, You are requesting that We contact You about Our services. Submitting a form does not create a contract for recruiting services; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between You and Us.
You agree that the information You provide through the Service is accurate, current and complete, and that You have the authority to provide it and to receive communications at the phone number and email address You submit.
SMS Text Messaging Program
These terms apply specifically to Our text messaging program. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Us.

If You check the text message consent box on one of Our forms, You agree to receive text messages from Thirty Madison Ventures at the mobile number You provided. Messages relate to Your candidate search and Our recruiting services, and may include candidate updates, scheduling and follow-up, replies to Your questions, and occasional service-related information.

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on Our website and submitting that form with Your mobile number, or by texting Us first. Only the person who owns or is the customary user of the mobile number may provide consent.

Message frequency varies based on Your candidate search and Your interactions with Us.
Message and Data Rates
Message & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message You send or receive. Please check Your mobile plan and contact Your carrier for details on Your rates.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time. Text STOP to any message You receive from Us, and We will stop sending You text messages. You will receive a single confirmation that You have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent unless You opt in again.

Carriers and Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by Your carrier and to network availability, and We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
Changing or Deactivating Your Number
You agree to notify Us if You change or deactivate the mobile number You provided, so that messages intended for You are not sent to someone else.
Privacy
We do not sell or share Your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through the messaging program is handled as described in Our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
